1. Warranty Period

  • Accessories (Power/Goggles/Cables): 6-Month Limited Warranty.
  • Replacement Units: Covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

2. What is Covered?

If your product experiences functional abnormalities due to defects in materials or manufacturing craftsmanship within the warranty period, Aetey Medical offers:

  • Free Prepaid Repair: We cover all costs (parts + labor) to restore your device.
  • Rapid Replacement: If repair isn't feasible, we ship a brand-new unit.
  • Full Shipping Coverage: We provide prepaid return labels for all confirmed warranty claims.

3. Exclusions

To maintain fairness, the following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Damage from failure to follow the user manual or safety protocols.
  • Accidental damage (drops, liquid immersion, physical impact).
  • Unauthorized disassembly or third-party repairs.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect performance.

4. How to Claim

  • Step 1: Email support@aetey.com with your Order Number and a brief description/photo of the issue.
  • Step 2: Our team will verify the issue within 24 hours and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Step 3: We will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply pack and ship.
  • Step 4: Once received, we typically resolve the case within 5 business days.

Do I need to register my warranty?
No. Your warranty is automatically activated upon delivery. Just keep your Order Number (e.g., #AE1024) handy as your proof of purchase.
Is shipping really free for returns?
Yes. For all verified warranty claims within the coverage period, Aetey provides a prepaid shipping label. You pay $0 for shipping.
What if I bought it from Amazon?
If purchased from our official Aetey Amazon Store, the same 2-year warranty applies. Please provide your Amazon Order ID when contacting support.
How long does a replacement take?
Once we receive your defective unit, we typically ship the replacement within 2-3 business days. You will receive a new tracking number immediately.
Are the LED lights covered?
Absolutely. The LED emitters are the core of our technology and are fully covered against failure, dimming below specs, or flickering.
Can I get a refund instead of a repair?
Refunds are covered under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Warranty claims after 30 days are eligible for free repair or replacement only.
What is "Sterile Swap"?
For hygiene reasons, we do not send you back a refurbished unit touched by others. Replacements are always brand-new or factory-certified sterile units.
Does the warranty cover the battery?
Yes, the internal rechargeable battery is covered for the full 2-year period against holding less than 60% of its original capacity.
