To ensure you can experience our light therapy devices with complete peace of mind, we offer a clear, transparent, and enforceable limited warranty for all products purchased through https://www.aetey.com.
1. Warranty Period
We provide comprehensive protection for your investment to ensure your treatment journey is never interrupted.
- Core Light Therapy Devices: 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
- Accessories (Power/Goggles/Cables): 6-Month Limited Warranty.
- Replacement Units: Covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
2. What is Covered?
If your product experiences functional abnormalities due to defects in materials or manufacturing craftsmanship within the warranty period, Aetey Medical offers:
- Free Prepaid Repair: We cover all costs (parts + labor) to restore your device.
- Rapid Replacement: If repair isn't feasible, we ship a brand-new unit.
- Full Shipping Coverage: We provide prepaid return labels for all confirmed warranty claims.
3. Exclusions
To maintain fairness, the following are not covered under this warranty:
- Damage from failure to follow the user manual or safety protocols.
- Accidental damage (drops, liquid immersion, physical impact).
- Unauthorized disassembly or third-party repairs.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect performance.
4. How to Claim
- Step 1: Email support@aetey.com with your Order Number and a brief description/photo of the issue.
- Step 2: Our team will verify the issue within 24 hours and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Step 3: We will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply pack and ship.
- Step 4: Once received, we typically resolve the case within 5 business days.
