At Aetey Medical, we are committed to providing you with the most advanced clinical-grade light therapy technology. We understand that skincare and recovery take time; therefore, we have established a transparent and rigorous guarantee policy to ensure your journey with us is worry-free.
- Trial Period: You enjoy a 30-day trial period starting from the date of delivery. To see initial clinical improvements, we recommend consistent use of the product for at least 4 weeks.
- Carrier Scan Date Recognition: Your return request is valid as long as the package is scanned by the logistics carrier within the 30-day window. We accept all returns initiated and shipped within this timeframe, regardless of when the package actually arrives at our warehouse.
- Holiday Extension: We understand the busy nature of holiday seasons. During statutory holidays, your 30-calendar-day window will be automatically extended accordingly.
- Merchant Responsibility (Zero-Cost Return): If the product is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of signing for the package with supporting photos or videos. Once verified, Aetey Medical will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and related expenses.
- Personal Preference Returns: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping postage.
- Medical-Grade Sanitization & Recalibration Fee: Since light therapy devices come into direct contact with the skin, we adhere to the strictest hygiene and safety standards. All returned devices must undergo deep medical-grade sanitization, performance recalibration, and re-stocking procedures. Consequently, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to ensure the absolute safety of the products received by every customer.
- Risk Disclaimer: We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number. If the item is damaged during the return transit, the customer must negotiate compensation with the logistics provider.

- Return Authorization: All returns must be issued a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Any return packages received without a valid RMA number will be rejected.
- Product Integrity: Returned products must be fully functional and include all original accessories (e.g., goggles, straps, charging cables), original tags, and original packaging.
- Gifts & Bonuses: You are welcome to keep any free gifts included with your order! If you choose to keep them, their market value will be deducted from your refund. If they are returned in their original condition along with the device, no deduction will apply.
- Authorized Channels: For products purchased through third-party distributors or offline clinics, please contact the original point of purchase directly.
- Processing Timeline: Once the return passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
- Original Payment Method: All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Gift Card Payments: If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as Store Credit.
- Change Requests: You may contact customer service to request an order cancellation or address change.
- Processing Disclaimer: Due to our automated and rapid fulfillment process, while we cannot guarantee 100% success in intercepting a paid order, we will make every effort to cancel or modify your order before shipment.
To protect the rights of all our customers, Aetey Medical reserves the right to restrict future orders or close accounts if we detect abuse of our guarantee policy, frequent "buy-and-return" patterns, or fraudulent behavior.
