Order Processing & Cut-off Times

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, please refer to our processing schedule:

  • Daily Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time / EST / GMT-5), Monday through Friday.
  • Processing Details: Orders paid before the cut-off time will enter processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Origin of Shipment & Inventory Policy

  • To optimize delivery speed, orders are typically dispatched from the regional fulfillment center closest to your location to ensure the shortest possible transit time.
  • Smart Inventory Allocation: Aetey Medical’s global intelligent warehouse system automatically assigns your order to the nearest stock node. In the event of a local stockout, we will ship via International Priority at no additional cost to you, ensuring your recovery schedule remains uninterrupted without compromising product quality.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Policy

  • Calculation: Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on package weight and destination, displayed in real-time on the checkout page.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all qualifying orders.
  • Excluded Regions: Free shipping policies do not apply to the following remote or offshore territories:
    • United States: Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO).
    • United Kingdom: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
    • Other: Remote islands or specific zones with exceptionally high logistics costs.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • US & UK Orders: We prioritize shipping from local warehouses; these orders typically do not incur import duties. If local stock is unavailable and the order is fulfilled from our global center, small import fees may apply. (Note: US orders under $800 generally do not incur any import duties). These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Other Countries (CA, AU, NZ, IE): Customers are responsible for any customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT/GST), or import-related fees as dictated by local customs policies.

Delivery Discrepancies & Lost Packages

Your protection is our top priority:

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Aetey Medical is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer; re-shipping fees will apply.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, or if the device arrives damaged, please contact us at support@aetey.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will immediately initiate a carrier investigation to resolve the issue.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We process orders quickly. If you need to change your address, please email support@aetey.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once the fulfillment process begins.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via standard postal services (USPS/Royal Mail). However, express shipping methods typically require a physical street address.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Your privacy matters. We use neutral, unbranded brown boxes for outer packaging. There is no mention of the product contents on the outside label.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please take photos of the damaged box and product immediately and email them to us. We will arrange a replacement unit for you right away at no extra cost.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Currently, we prioritize reliable standard shipping (3-7 days). Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location and stock availability.
What happens if my package is lost?
If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days or shows "Delivered" but you don't have it, contact us. We insure all shipments and will open an investigation or send a replacement.
Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that transit times may be longer (15-30 days) for these locations.
