DIGITAL INCLUSIVITY

Universal Access.
Clinical Precision.

Biology has no bias. Neither should our technology. We are committed to making the Aetey experience accessible to everyone.

OUR MANIFESTO
"Just as we calibrate our light to ±5nm precision for every cell, we calibrate our digital experience for every user. Purity means removing barriers."

Aetey is dedicated to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Designed for Clarity.

Our "Engineer's Romanticism" extends to our code structure.

Visual Clarity

We adhere to a high-contrast ratio (Red/Black/White) to ensure readability for low-vision users. Our "Clinical Brutalism" design prioritizes legibility over decoration.

High Contrast Example

Keyboard Navigation

Full functionality is accessible via keyboard. Focus states are clearly defined with high-visibility outlines (Aetey Cyan), ensuring precise control without a mouse.

Screen Reader Support

Our code is semantically structured with ARIA labels and Alt Text for all visual assets. We describe data, not just decoration.

THE AUDIT

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Aetey is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, but we are actively working to resolve these gaps.

Standard Target Level Current Status
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA Audited / In Progress
HTML5 Semantics W3C Standards Compliant
Color Contrast Ratio 4.5:1 (Minimum) Compliant
